Delete your ROR account
This page deletes your Realm of Rewards (ROR) account with JOYFUL GAMES (SMC-PRIVATE) LIMITED and the personal data attached to it. You can use it whether or not you still have the app installed.
Two ways to do it
In the app
Profile → Settings → Delete account. You will be asked to confirm. This is the fastest route.
Here, from the web
Fill in the form. We will email you to confirm it is really you, and the deletion runs once you confirm.
What gets deleted
- Your account and login credentials
- Your profile: display name, avatar, bio and settings
- Your game history, scores, tournament entries and standings
- Your replay posts, comments and reactions in the feed
- Your chat messages
- Your points balance and any unredeemed coins
- Device identifiers and analytics records linked to your account
What we keep, and why
We keep only what the law requires us to keep, and only for as long as it requires:

These records are separated from your profile so they cannot be used to identify you in the product. Nothing else is retained.
How long it takes
Deletion completes within 30 days of you confirming. We email you when it is done.
Deletion is permanent. Your points, coins, purchases, rewards not yet redeemed, standings and replays are all lost and cannot be restored. If you only want a break, close the app rather than delete — we do not offer an account freeze, and freezing would not count as deletion anyway.
